Applicability
- This Return & Refund Policy applies to digital design services provided by Ai Logo Fix through ailogofix.com, including Ai-generated logo fixes, Raster to vector Tracing, logo modifications, sketch to vector, background removal, Image to outline, and other custom graphic design services.
No Refunds After Delivery
- Due to the custom nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final once the final files have been delivered and accepted. Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Eligibility for Refund Before Completion
- Project Not Started: If you cancel your order before we begin work, you will receive a full refund.
- Project In Progress: If work has begun but final deliverables have not been delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the work completed.
- Missed Deadlines: If we fail to deliver the project within a reasonable time (excluding delays caused by your late feedback), you may request a full refund.
Modifications & Revisions Instead of Refunds
- Project Not Started: If you cancel your order before we begin work, you will receive a full refund.

- If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. We will provide reasonable revisions to meet the agreed specifications. If we still cannot meet your requirements, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on circumstances.
Refund Request Procedure
- To request a refund, message us or email support@ailogofix.com with your order number, project details, and reason for the request. We will review your request within 3 business days and inform you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover the associated costs.
Changes to This Policy
- We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
