- By accessing or using Ai Logo Fix (operated by Kamrun Nahar, Sole Proprietor) (“Company,” “we” or “us”) and the services provided through ailogofix.com (“Service”), you (“Client,” “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Description of Services
- Ai Logo Fix provides digital design services including correcting flaws in AI-generated logos, converting raster images to scalable vector files, modifying logos (colors, fonts, icons), converting sketches to vector format, creating outline vectors, removing backgrounds, and other custom graphic design services. We may add, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
Account & Conduct
- You may need to register an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by engaging in unlawful activities, spam, or infringement of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Orders & Payment
- Ordering: You may place orders through our website or by contacting us directly. You must provide accurate information and any necessary files (logos, sketches, instructions) at the time of order.
- Payment: Prices are displayed on our website (e.g., package prices). Payment in full or an agreed deposit is required before we begin work. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or processing fees.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid.
Revisions & Delivery
- We aim to deliver high-quality work and typically offer a specified number of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur additional fees. Final deliverables (e.g., vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF) will be provided digitally once the project is completed and any outstanding balance is paid.
Intellectual Property
- Client Content: You affirm that you own or have permission to use any materials (logos, images, sketches) you provide. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your order before work has begun for a full refund. If work has started, refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund if we are unable to complete the project.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Our Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable Service.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
